建立了气相色谱串联质谱法测定药用丁基胶塞中的2,6- 二叔丁基对甲基苯酚(BHT)。采用Agilent HP-5 色谱柱,程序升温,顶空进样,多离子反应监测模式。BHT 在1 ~ 80 μg/ml 浓度范围内线性关系良好,回收率为98.2%。
Abstract
A GC-MS/MS method was established for the determination of 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol (BHT) in butyl rubber closures. An Agilent HP-5 column was used, with temperature programming, headspace sampling, and MRM mode. It was linear in the concentration range of 1 - 80 μg/ml. The average recovery was 98.2%.
