Determination of Four Enantiomers in Efinaconazole by HPLC

Abstract

An HPLC method was established for the determination of four enantiomers in efinaconazole. A Daicel Chiralpak IC column was used, with the mobile phase of hexane∶ethanol (85∶15) at the detection wavelength of 210 nm. The method was found to be linear for the four enantiomers in the range of 0.5—120 μg/ml. The recoveries were no less than 99.2％, with RSDs less than 1.50％.
